2. Source Code Purchases

Since source codes are digital products that are delivered instantly upon successful payment:

  • All source code purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been made available to you.
  • We recommend reviewing the product description, features, and demo (if available) before making a purchase.
  • If the source code delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page, you may request a review by contacting our support team within 7 days of purchase.
  • If we find the complaint valid, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

3. Developer Booking Services

  • For developer booking services, cancellations made before the project work begins are eligible for a full refund.
  • Once the developer has started working on the project, cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Partial refunds may be provided based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
  • No refund will be provided if the project has been fully delivered.

4. Custom Software Development

  • For custom software development projects, the refund depends on the stage of the project.
