2. Source Code Purchases
Since source codes are digital products that are delivered instantly upon successful payment:
- All source code purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been made available to you.
- We recommend reviewing the product description, features, and demo (if available) before making a purchase.
- If the source code delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page, you may request a review by contacting our support team within 7 days of purchase.
- If we find the complaint valid, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
3. Developer Booking Services
- For developer booking services, cancellations made before the project work begins are eligible for a full refund.
- Once the developer has started working on the project, cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Partial refunds may be provided based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
- No refund will be provided if the project has been fully delivered.
4. Custom Software Development
- For custom software development projects, the refund depends on the stage of the project.
- If the project has not started, a full refund will be issued upon cancellation request.
- If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of work already completed.
- No refund is applicable once the final deliverable has been submitted and approved by the client.

- Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

- The refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
